As Legislative Assistant, Mr. Blackwell manages a diverse policy portfolio including: Energy, Foreign Affairs, Finance, Tax, Trade, and small business. He works extensively on issues relating to the Savannah River Site, the Department of Energy's Environmental Management Complex, and National Nuclear Security Administration.

Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of South Carolina.
