Dr. Bennett S. (Ben) Greenspan is Professor in the Department of Radiology and Imaging for the Medical College of Georgia at Georgia Regents University. He received his MD degree from the University of Illinois in Chicago, was a resident in Diagnostic Radiology at the West Los Angeles VA Medical Center and a resident in Nuclear Medicine at the Sepulveda VA Medical Center, and also holds an MS degree from UCLA in Medical Physics. He is certified in Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Radiology by the American Board of Radiology and in Nuclear Medicine by the American Board of Nuclear Medicine.
Ben is devoted to teaching of clinical nuclear medicine and also physics of nuclear medicine to nuclear medicine and radiology residents and nuclear medicine technologists. He served multiple terms as President of the Academic Council for the Society of Nuclear Medicine.
